It is a kind of animal-feeding equipment with local air-purification function,suitable for feeding SPF rats and mice
or animals with immunologic/deficiency in a barrier environment for experimental animals. lt can prevent SPF
animals from being contaminated, and protect the health of feeding and experimenting staff. JBF has a stainless
steel structure, which includes a control box, an animal-feeding area and Universal wheel. The control box consists
of a filtering system of air delivering and exhaustion, as well as a monitoring system. The feeding area has four-six
layers, and the front is airtight door made of organic glass.
Working principle:
The indoor air, after two levels of filtration through a coarse filter and a high-efficiency filter, is sent by a blower fan
into the top of every feeding layer, and then blown into cages from the top in a air to the animals inside cages.
The air exhaled by animals is let through the diffusion hole into the air-exhaustion static-pressure cabinet.and
then exhausted outdoors through the air-exhaustion outlet(Ф76mm) on the top, so there is no odor indoors.
The animal-feeding area is of negative pressure to the room, which ensures that the stink air exhaled by animals
does not diffuse to the room. and hence effectively controls the diffusion of harmful microorganisms from animal
