The positive-pressure-type cabinel is a kind of animal-feeding equipment with local air-purification function. lt is used for
feeding SPF rabbits, while the negative-pressure-type cabinet is used for animal experiments with low infection risk.
JRB6 has a stainless steel structure, which includes a control box, an animal. feeding area and several stainless-steel cages.
The control box consists of a filtering system of air delivering and exhaustion, as well as a monitoring system. The feeding
area has three layers, with two cages on each layer, and the front is an airtight door made of organic glass.
Working principle:
The indoor air, after two levels of filtration through a coarse filter and a high-efficiency filter, is sent by a blower fan into
the top of every feeding layer, and then blown from one side to other in a horizontal laminar flow manner, so as to bring
comfortable, clean and fresh air to the animals inside cage boxes. The air exhaled by animals, after two levels of filtration
through a coarse filter and a high-efficiency flter, is exhausted outdoors through the air-exhaustion outlet(Ф76mm) on the top,
so there is no odor indoors. The animalfeeding area is of negative pressure to the room, which ensures that the stink air exhaled
by animals does not diffuse to the room.and hence effectively controls the diffusion of harmful microorganisms from animal
experiments.
